Love in Action: Week 2

What does it really look like to be the hands and feet of Jesus every day?

Sunday's message reminds us that love is more than words or good intentions; it’s something we live out through our actions.

In Luke 19, we see that God has entrusted each of us with something valuable. Whether it's our faith, our gifts, our compassion, or the opportunities He places in front of us, He never intended for us to hide our spiritual gifts out of fear. He calls us to use them. The servant who buried what he was given missed the blessing of seeing it grow, while those who faithfully used what they had were trusted with even more.

Robert challenges us to live by the Golden Rule in a real and practical way. When we show kindness, offer grace, encourage others, and meet needs, those same blessings have a way of coming back to us. God's kingdom works on the principle of sowing and reaping. What we plant in the lives of others matters.

We're invited to take an honest look at our own lives. Are we noticing the people who are hungry, lonely, hurting, and forgotten? Are we willing to stop and serve, or do we keep walking? The good news is that every day we get another chance to choose Love in Action and become the hands and feet of Jesus to someone who needs Him.
